Title: I See the Sun in Nepal
Author: Dedie King

I see the sun in Nepal is about a daily life of a Nepali girl who lives in a rural village Nepal. It is written both in Nepali and in English which is perfect for bilingual children as they can explore Nepali language. It contains simple sentences which is suitable for young children. The illustration are vivid and colourful as it contains both real photography and drawn illustration. Moreover, children can grasp the idea of daily life and culture in Nepal so they can understand what it is really like to live in Nepal. My son enjoyed reading this book together with me. He even began to recognise Nepali words and recited a simple sentence after me. This is a great book to share with little ones therefore I defiantly recommend this book.
